cheaper than therapy

"going for a run is like taking a little bit of prozac and a little bit of ritalin."

i'm reading an amazing book right now, albeit for work, that's making me want to get up and run every morning...it actually works. i read it all last week, and every day that i picked it up, i either went to the gym or for a run. i haven't picked it up at all this week, directly resulting in my lapse in physical activity. if only for that, it's worth taking the time to read. once you do, you can't help but marvel at all that is going on in the body, and the powerful impact that exercise has on your brain.
